Early Inspiration
Growing up in Egypt, I witnessed firsthand the environmental challenges facing developing nations. The lack of proper waste management systems and the growing problem of electronic waste sparked my interest in finding innovative solutions that could address these issues while creating economic opportunities.
This early exposure to environmental challenges shaped my understanding that sustainable development requires a holistic approach that considers economic, social, and environmental factors simultaneously.
Educational Foundation
My academic journey led me to the United Nations University in Italy, where I specialized in e-waste management and circular economy principles. This experience provided me with a global perspective on environmental challenges and introduced me to international best practices in sustainable development.
The rigorous academic program, combined with exposure to diverse international perspectives, equipped me with the knowledge and network necessary to tackle complex environmental challenges on a global scale.

Founded Dr. WEEE Smart Green IT Solutions, Egypt's first comprehensive e-waste recycling company. Established innovative collection schemes and developed mobile applications for environmental awareness.
Ecoo Industrial Launch
Established Ecoo Industrial Systems to develop and manufacture locally produced recycling equipment. Addressed industrial sustainability needs while reducing import dependency.
Spear Ink Expansion
Launched Spear Ink specializing in remanufactured toner cartridges and Managed Print Services. Developed international franchising model and expanded to India with exports to 11+ countries.
MENA Regional Expansion
Founded Kayan for Sustainable Development to expand waste management initiatives into the MENA region. Fostered cross-border collaboration and regional environmental solutions.
International Partnerships
Established R.E.G Italy (Egypt Branch) and developed strategic partnerships with Basel Convention, UNEP, UNDP, and other international organizations. Enhanced technology transfer and global collaboration.
